2020 Panigale V2. The yellow triangle warning stays on. Comes on after a minute or so of starting the bike. It is NOT flashing. Just steady.

User manual says, it will come on for many reasons.. (Rant on: Why can't they have a sub menu to show the actual reason.. grrr..)

Any way to read the warning code other than taking it to the dealer? I've tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it with 30 min delay. Bike rides normal. It just bothers me. I've tried all modes with same results

Have you recently installed/replaced any electronic parts? I was getting that with the NRC tail tidy at first, but the company sent me a new light with the correct resistance and it fixed it

Interesting. How did you convince them that their tail tidy is causing the issue? I do have a NRC tail tidy installed. Thank you BTW for your response.

They were getting other complaints about the same thing from other V2 owners. When I reached out, they said they were working on a solution. A month later they sent me the new one. Just reach out to them, and let them know your bike is doing that

I had the same issue with my NRC fender eliminator. I bought the one for the V4 as the V2 version wasn't out at the time. NRC sent me a new plate light when they created one for the V2 that wouldn't throw a code. It fixed the problem of the yellow triangle.

Is it only the plate light that they had to replace? Blinkers were fine?

Yes, the white LED light with one cable to plug in. Simple fix. I think it is a capacitor issue on current draw. Yes, the turn indicators were fine.

Thanks. Sorry to keep asking more questions. Do you know if they increased or decreased the capacitor value? Could it have been a change in the current liming resistor value? I have basic electronics knowledge and laughable soldering skills, so I was going to try to fix it myself if NRC wouldn't help.

I have no idea on the resistor value. NRC was very helpful and sent the part right away for free. The rep I talked was aware of the issue. I wouldn't mess with trying to fix it on your own and risk screwing up the electronics. Call or email NRC and you should be up and running in a couple days.

Mega thanks to RP1 & 7thGear. you guys were right. The Old version of NRC tail tidy was indeed the culprit. I reached out to NRC and they were super good at responding. A few days later I got a new tail light LED. Replaced the old one and error is gone.

Good customer service NRC.

Overall thanks to ducatiforum as well :)
