I am a Finn living in France and all my bikes are full power. Just to educate you a little bit, the Termi slip-ons (for Panigale) in France come with the race up-map. Did I spell slip-on correctly? For Diavel I had to buy the full Termi system to get the race ECU and 162 hp. Most of the "100 hp" bikes on the road in France are "liberated" to the full power. Nobody cares.
