Hey guys, my stealership wanted almost $600 to do fork seals on my 1199 base :eek: . So I'm in the process of doing them myself and I noticed this on both fork tubes. Is this normal, does anyone else have this on their Marzocchi fork tubes?

I have been told that the 1299S internals might be different to the 1199S internals? So my question is, Has anyone on here had the fortune to look inside both the 1199S and 1299S Ohlins Forks and if Yes, can you confirm if indeed they are different inside or the same ? Someone else tonight...

I am seeing if there is a write up on this, the search failed... What is the difference on the electronic suspenion VS the FGRT forks? Wanting to swap springs, and I have new springs and the cap removal tool.. Any help would be appreciated. bike is a 2012 1199S.

Is there a tool (socket or wrench) avialable to buy for adjusting fork preload that doesn ´t damage the nice hex nut finish ??? Or maybe a tip for doing it without damaging the finish with a standard socket or wrench ??? Thanks !!!

I recently upgraded my stock suspension to the full Ohlins fork (FGRT203), but I mistakenly took the old forks off before measuring how high they sat above the upper triple tree. Sadly, this is the measurement that the documentation from Ohlins references for where to install their forks...

Hi Anyone out there know the oil level/air gap or the amount of oil for the Panigale 1199 Marzocchi's front forks. Not doing a full strip down just drain and replace. Cheers Dave

Hi all.....1199 Panigale from Trinidad Am about to change seals on a 1199. So far am stuck at removing the inner cartridge. I removed the nut from bottom of fork and have top cap off. That is as far as i reached. Any advice will be appreciated

.... yeah! Now would you go to Pro Italia, or Southern California Motorcycle for service. I bought it at Bert's brand new in July. They did the 1st service at 621 miles and I ain't going back there. Bikes been good till now, just turned 1800 miles.

Marzocchi front fork axle deformation I am using the Marzocchi front fork . Has anyone ever had a problem, after riding on the track, that you could not get the front axle out by hand, because it was deformed?
