Well f@)k it, I didn’t know where to put this so here it is. GET THIS DONE ASAP.,It will change your life. Not cheap but it’s a game changer. You can thank me later.
10xhealthsystem.com I turn 60 in 30 days, just had a full arterial scan and eval, I have the cardiovascular degeneration of a healthy 24yo. Heart disease is going to get most of you guys, get this .... fixed.

Also if you haven’t listened to the Dana White interview with Grant Cardone, do it.

Now back to bikes and more goofy posts.

Congratulations on turning 60 soon. Definitely important to take care of ones health. Hopefully your reference to a healthy 24 yo is not that of the average American 24 yo. Happy holidays to you and hope everyone a healthy new year.

Thanks man, you as well. LOL yes I should have been more specific with regard to the condition of the comparable. Seriously though, the sad part is there are a lot of guys on this board who won’t see 60. So much attention devoted to Melco Diag for their bikes but no diag for themselves. Priorities folks.

Amazing and interesting. I was reading the products (electro, oxygen, light therapy). Curious what the genetic testing part is for and if that modifies the application of the therapy?

I've been into trying better forms of recovery therapy from workouts (ice, heat, e-stim, cupping, needling) but this is another level!

I’m actually looking at my genetic profile now. It’s key for identifying genotypical variations to which you can then build an intervention strategy to mitigate the data.

Unlike blood data which we can change with intervention strategies, we can’t to a large degree change the code itself but mitigate anomalies. There are probably ways to manipulate the code due to epigenetic modifiers. Pretty involved stuff. If you like engine, suspension, chassis data etc or just engineering in general you’ll segue nicely to the challenge. We have had one of the inflatable HBOT chambers for years. I take a nap in it every day.

It’s in the IV. You in town for a while? I’m heading that way after Christmas

During ..... I bought two Oxygen generators ‘just in case’ lol

The same thing they use in hospitals for Oxygen therapy, should start using them post workout.

I have no desire to live a long and happy life, I like drinking, smoking, whoring and riding bikes. Its a race between getting all used up making the most of life until there's nothin' left and sitting in the rest home suckiing soup through a straw

It’s not just about extending life, the research being done is all about extending useful healthy life.

Your DNA has an cluster of molecules called Telomeres

Your telomeres have a specific length, and every time your cells replicate some of the telomeres breaks off, shortening. When the telomeres are finished there is no more cell replication or replacement.

Telomeres are directly related to aging and age related illness and pathology.

In short, as you age your telomeres shorten and eventually your cells start to replicate slower than they die off…that’s the cause of aging, and the break down of your body associated with aging.

Several years back they discovered a compound called NAD that slows and prevents your telomeres from shortening and running out as fast.

They tested it comprehensively, it’s clinically verified.

So NAD treatment, along with doing other things to mitigate environmental wear and tear to your body and mitigating inflammation caused in part by poor diet and environmental toxins will dramatically increase the HEALTHFUL length of your life, not just give you more years in a declined state.

NAD want reverse aging, but can dramatically slow it down…if I can get them to do it my kids will be taking NAD weekly after they turn 19 or 20.

I guess I've been around too long and seen too many snake oil scams. They all follow the same premise, so-called scientific data and testing, the use of big words etc. Personally, I wouldn't want to be a guinea pig for any kitchen sink concoction marketed by people with a vested interest.

Anti-aging stopped being a pseudo science about a decade ago when people with billions of dollars started funding real scientific research…advancements and discoveries were made. NAD was one of those discoveries.

Where it crossed into some grey areas was that they started offering it in pill form, with no scientific data to suggest that ingesting it orally was effective…whereas it had been shown affective when injected.

Now it’s become readily available for injection via the IV’s in the stuff Endo posted or Subcutaneous injections.

It’s expensive for the average household though.

Keep going, to me this seems part of a wellness industry for tech bros more than a serious field of research but I am open to persuasion, post some links to some double blind studies or meta studies by reputable researchers. If you are really serious about anti aging then here is a good place to start: Fight Aging!

Paul G you will appreciate this.
My wife’s grandfather lived to 96. said something that sort of stuck with me when he knew the end was close.
Mind you this guy still worked a small plot of farm land. Drove himself to appointments ( during the day). on
y occasionally took a drink, didn’t smoke. Ok diet but true old school mid western farmers diet. Eggs bacon almost every day for breakfast.
Poor guy lost his wife at a young age never remarried
Pretty clear minded as well.
I recall him saying at his last Christmas dinner.
” well if I had known I was gonna live this long I would have done some things different”
” like what Earl. Taken better care?”

” no I would have drank, smoked and whored around a bunch!!!!!”
guy was pretty damn funny.

Endodoc congrats on the almost 60. I do the double nickel this year.

I subscribe to the HS Thompson philosophy

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!”

I did the DNA test with

Curious as I've done the more detailed "23 & me" DNA test. It basically tell you all about your specific DNA, heritage, and genetic predisposition. There's a ton of information in there about risk for medical conditions, diseases, and even the percentage increase of risk based on your profile. Based on this you can determine what you are at high risk for and what you are not to take proactive actions to help improve your health.

The DNA test your referring to is similar, different, or what other information does it provide?

I did the 23 also quite some time ago. I use it as you said to look for anomalies in the base code that are problematic then look for ways to correct them. With regard to some of the other comments,

I completely agree on the scam aspect of the industry. The OX therapy flat out works. I don’t know how many of you have experienced hypoxia but once you do, you’ll get it. I don’t have a set resting regiment. I will literally take a nap whenever I feel a timeout is necessary to maintain peak performance. If I nap in the HBOT tent, it’s a noticeable difference.

I’m not sold on the light therapy yet. The grounding? I spend a lot of time in sand so I’m on the fence there as well. Who doesn’t feel more energized at the beach in the sun.

With regard to living it up till you drop, all for it, it’s just a lot easier to keep the party going when your health isn’t failing. I started lifting at 15 so I have had the luxury of an augmented physique for 45 years which is a game changer in all aspects of life. So the cornerstone for me has been resistance training. I can do just about everything I did in my 20s now without issue.

Again statistically speaking, just about everyone on this board barring an accident is going to succumb to cardiovascular disease and or heart failure. Hopefully it’s not when you’re behind the wheel of a car with your family in tow. Start taking this .... seriously. It’s a bit of discipline that can yield life changing results.

Very valid points. People need to take advantage of their medical plans provided they have cover. I have a supplement cover that provides a complete cardiac and cancer screen every other year.
Also worth doing as well as a simple annual physical which the majority typically blow off.
