I lost one of the keys of my 2017 1299s 
the fact that it was near the house makes me nervous.
Dealer offered to make a new key , he said he can decode the keys so even if someone found the key and tries anything they wont be able to start the bike (but they will be able to unlock it)
My 2015 1299s (has 2 keys) is for sale and will find a new home soon.
I would like to swap the ignition between the bikes (also the seat lock and fuel cap but they are not the issue).
before dismounting, is that a DIY thing? unbolt/unplog and swap ? or decoding is a most and I need a dealer for the immobilizer swap ?
