The fear of buying this bike is the fact it was tracked. Probably driven hard and thru the red line all of its 6K. Probably this engine is toasted:confused:

Because the R model that is ridden on the street is never dogged or see's redline??? A track bike is usually better taken care of than one on the street that some squid has dogged, never maintained, and sits in traffic heating up?? Not sure of the logic here.... You are looking at getting a bike that has been maintained and is a fraction of what it costs new. Its no different than any other used bike...the thing is built to be ridden on the track.
 
My track bikes are always better maintained than my street bikes. I don't want anything failing at 180 mph! On the street... I don't ride quite that fast (most of the time :) )

I could see your point but, like most people have pointed out here track bikes while ridden hard tend to be better maintained for that exact reason. I assure you this bike has seen better maintenance than 90% of the bikes out there. I also bought this bike with 4k on it so only 2k were track miles.
 
This is my old bike. I know Hector has been.good to her since buying her. Great bike. I'd buy her back if I could ride track. That bike was just awesome.
 
The riding season is approaching. Grab yourself a great setup bike for the season! Warranty still valid until August.

Absolutely true. I have 5.3k miles on my race bike and the oil is changed every weekend. Just had it on the dyno. 190 HP and 102 Tq. Full desmo service performed and the valves were perfect and in spec!
