what else is a joke is that ducati gets to have 200 more cc than everybody else. if the limit is 1000 cc then you should have to make 1000 cc bike. dont give me that crap that its 2 cylanders. it could be 1 2 3 4 5 6 i dont care 1000 cc only.

guess what the R still cant win bwhahahaha

Wow we have a full time professional/experienced racing engineer here that states cylinder count doesnt matter...

I think the different cc and cylinder rules are good to allow for more manufactures to participate and be competitive. It also gives the engineering depts a challenge to see who can build the best and most competitive engine and chassis package with the option of cylinder and cc configs.

If this isn't an option and it's all 1000cc we would loose out as the consumer in the long run as there would be no need to keep pushing the engineering envelope for some of these engine types.

So, Ducati, MV, and Triumph wouldn't have production based race bikes or they would be just like all the others and we would have choice of color and name on the side. Then it would be 3 different cc sizes of the KTM RC390 cup and just a rider battle. That would get boring... Just my 2 cents.

Ok well looks like we have another member that has a bit of trouble with math so Mark this is for you. You just said the R still can't win. I count 13 1199R wins in WSBK in the 2016 season. BMW=0. Not sure where your getting your statistics from but you may wish to consider looking for an alternative source because your current assessment of the Panigale from a winning perspective is hopelessly inaccurate.

People said the same thing about the desmosedici rr. Have you seen what they're worth? Wish in one hand .... in the other see which one fills up first.

LMAO! My dad used to tell me that all the time!

Are you that much of an idiot win a championship not a race Stoner only one to win on a Ducati that doesn't mean people have not won on a gp bike. Win a title or zip it.
BMW doesn't race in the series what don't you get. And don't give me independent teams. Hp4 or the s1000rr far superior to any panigale series made. SLs are the only ones supior and who cares about racing anyway isn't that What's always said cause Ducati loses. Let me know when the great R wins a title. All the advantages. 200cc more than any other bike. More expensive than any of the other bikes and titles 0 mathematics don't lie 0 titles been around since 12-13 5 years 0 titles and how many are riding the title less panigale there are lots of them. I believe 6 panigales on the grid 6 bikes 18 rounds 2 races per round 5 years Lots of 0s there. Wake me up when Chaz wins a title

It doesn't surprise me that you're unaware of the fact that there actually are BMW's in WSBK. They're pretty irrelevant and most don't even realize they're there.

It's actually Althea. Milwaukee is old news. Not sure how I'm the fool, I was just stating the facts. You seemed misinformed.
