Regardless of the sponsor there is no factory support that's my point. And to bring up milwalkee or Athea is pointless it's a sponsor. Mark racing can be on there without a factory budget you might as well just use what the dealer sells you

Putting a deposit done at my dealership Friday [emoji106]

How are you putting down a deposit? I was at the dealer last week I knew more than them. Do you mean you will give him a deposit and he holds it till there is news or a list? Curious that's all.
Also is this going to be 1000cc because it's 4 cylinders and will be racing?
I can only imagine the bugs in this thing the first 2 years of production I'll wait till 2020. Do you think the turn signals and horn will work when the engine hits 200 degrees?

Maybe by 2020 I can get a championship replica. Doubt that though bwhahaha

Aprila has no factory support, yet they consistently do better than the BMW. Does that mean the RSV4 is better than the S1000RR?

Bmw smokes them all in shoot outs every year. Think the riders have anything to do with racing finishes? I don't care Ducati fan boy I have them both of the Ducati was better I'd say it's better. Do you think I don't know why people say the Ducati is better it's a Ducati site

Just for the record
The agreement specifies that all technical material and related direct assistance including bike development and support will be provided by Aprilia Racing, which classifies Milwaukee as a Supported Factory Team.

Not surprising you weren't aware that aprilla was a factory supported team

You think Milwaukee didn't have the same agreement with BMW? You're cherry picking your info to support your argument.

Now you've resorted to magazines shoot outs and "my buddy says". You lost all credibility with me when you started editing your posts when I pointed out that you were wrong.

Oh .... I lost your credibility I'm so distressed I may not survive. Shootouts yes professional journalists and riders giving their review Ducati fail. And yes my friend who was a die hard Ducati fan says M I can't believe I'm going to say this I like the R1 better

I was editing before I read ur posts cause I knew exactly what a Ducati fan would say

I also edit cause I'm on my phone and I know some Grammer boy will say something about my spelling or Grammer

I can only surmise after that volley, that Mark419ny is seriously screwing with anyone who wishes to engage him. There is no way that this degree of ignorance and incompetence can actually exist in a rational individual. And the spelling and grammar. There are six year old's that display more proficiency so I'm calling BS. Mark is purposely butchering the English language to perpetuate his entertainment. There is no possible way to be that retarded and not be under some sort of professional care. Good one Mark. You got me.

I think the different cc and cylinder rules are good to allow for more manufactures to participate and be competitive. It also gives the engineering depts a challenge to see who can build the best and most competitive engine and chassis package with the option of cylinder and cc configs.

If this isn't an option and it's all 1000cc we would loose out as the consumer in the long run as there would be no need to keep pushing the engineering envelope for some of these engine types.

So, Ducati, MV, and Triumph wouldn't have production based race bikes or they would be just like all the others and we would have choice of color and name on the side. Then it would be 3 different cc sizes of the KTM RC390 cup and just a rider battle. That would get boring... Just my 2 cents.
The displacement handicap is all about valve skirt area. In a racing scenario, the smaller valve skirt area (from fewer valves) gives you less top end flow and less power, which is why the rules give 2 cyl brukes (not just Ducati) more displacement. In a real world scenario, the higher displacement and higher port flow velocity gives you a more versatile engine and a wider power range.

Thought id drop this clip with me on my 1299 in white group (slowest group) here at Eastern Creek, Sydney. At 2 mins you see me at the last corner and overtake the supposedly superior HP4 down the main straight. The owner bought it used for about AU$20k, and spent another AU$20k on it, which didnt seem to help him against my pani lol. We're both usually in faster groups (yellow or green group) and at the time he'd done more califonia superbike classes than i.

Enjoy! :D

With all that being said, he was a big bloke, i reckon easy 95kg suited up, im only about 75kg suited up. Still, makes the HP4 not so superior rofl

Same here, I regularly out drag both ZX10Rs and S1000RRs on the two straights at my local track...

Mark - you should be in politics - every time someone calls out your posts, you say "I meant to say" As for price, stop with the Ducati price point. You get more HP for your dollar with a Corvette over a Porsche, but at the end of the day, it's just a Chevy.

Not surprising you weren't aware that aprilla was a factory supported team

"Aprilia race boss Romano Albesiano has confirmed there will be no works team in World Superbike series next season as the factory is concentrating its efforts in MotoGP. http://www.bikesportnews.com/news/news-detail/jerez-wsbk-aprilia-boss-confirms-no-factory-team-in-2016#sthash.RlzgqSLH.dpuf"

I read that as a non-factory team. By your logic, Cal Crutchlow is on a factory Honda.

Your "I'm well informed" line cracked me up. I learned sometime ago that if a person feels the need to inform others that they're smart, well...
