If You buy it from Ducati will not void warranty.

I wouldn’t have thought it matters where you buy it from as it is a Ducati part.

It's my understanding that it's the mapping that may cause warranty isues...not the part itself, which is a Ducati part. I think they're still trying to sort out the mapping issue.
