2025, totally new Panigale(?)

They need to get on board with BMW, GYTR, and now Aprilia and make a specific track homologated bike.

What drives the dollar? Special edition limited numbers race bike like the aforementioned or keep pumping out their current S, R, SP, Anniversary editions and Superleggeras at insanely high prices for the money bag that never see a road or track? Folks are gonna keep dumping that cash for the Duc for no other reason than owning a Duc. Why expand or stray from your cash cow.

Race bikes and track day specials are low margin. Limited edition parts bin specials are high margin. Superlegerra was probably a loss leader but helped with developing CF tech

Thanks Karl

What would be a better route, to build a nice track bike?

What would you start of, R1 S100RR OR base panigale v4?

Sorry you can build an as good R6 or R1 for less then GYTR money or a better R6 or R1 for GYTR money. Most racers domestically have been using these platforms much longer then GYTR builds have been available

Can someone show the forum one of these RS bikes?
There's a lot of parts which are unique to the RS and need other parts to work. Gas tank and tail being big examples, which also require a special rear shock. Motocorsa lists some parts from the Ducati Corse catalog. I leave you with the $8k+ gas tank.

Ducati hides the factory race parts behind a paywall whereas other companies like Aprilia, BMW and Yamaha do not.

Another forum user's bike.
