My main issue right now is them telling me it's not a warranty issue because my sprocket change is what caused the issue. I asked them if they want me to pay for something that I don't believe is an issue I caused, I want , in writing, how the sprocket changed messed up the BBS in detail and why it's not a warranty issue. My service advisor told me that Ducati is not going to put anything in writing as to why it's not going to be warrantied. He said Ducati won't even call me. I asked if it was possible for the local Ducati representative to call me and he said that wasn't possible either.
In my experience re Ducati's reaction on your complaints the service advisor is speaking the truth. Ducati will ignore you like a stop street. The new Ducati (taken over by Audi) loves taking your money, but will ignore you if you have not played the game according to their rules. Fortunately you live in the USA where you have laws that are enforceable and lawyers that will help enforce it. Get a lawyer.
