I know nowadays we all can be quick to post a negative experience and sometimes the good guys don’t get a thumbs up so I just wanted to take a minute here. Recently ordered a few things for my V4 I’m selling- some oil change stuff, some hardware blah blah blah. Long story short I got my order in the mail last week and there was some sort of a shipping mixup where the whole order didn’t get shipped. Whatever, I called and spoke with the parts manager he immediately apologized and had my replacement parts shipped out first thing Tuesday. Just got them today and there was a small mixup on what was missing from the initial order. Called again and in 30 seconds he had everything resolved, threw me some DucBucks and sent me a direct email after our call. Top notch customer service all around, no run around or BS. Absolutely will continue ordering all my online needs through them.

also if you pay attn to some of the prices you will find some deals...

Ducati Omaha also has the best website of ANY dealer I’ve found. The AF1 site for Aprilia is a close second as well. Anyway, I concur that Ducati Omaha are at the top. I’ve been there several times and ordered many parts from the web site.

is this the magical +1 horsepower oil?

Yeah, definitely more of a race shop that happens to be a Ducati dealership. I was just speaking to the Ducati part.

If I were to say anything negative about Ducati Omaha is that their parts page will sometimes display near matches. If you aren't careful, you'll end up with a $20 bolt you can't use. I've been there. Ducati NY OEM Parts - DUCPERFORMANCE | Genuine OEM Parts and Ducati Performance Accessories doesn't do this, and Ducati Omaha typically gets parts from Italy in two weeks whereas Ducati NY was just under a week when I went to get that correct bolt.

They also took a few minutes over the phone to answer questions about the front forks on my Multistrada when I was rebuilding them, super cool.

Glad to see some positivity here. I really dont get this level of care at any of the local Ducati Dealerships, but a simple phone call to these guys always resolves my problems. I hear you on the $20 useless bolt.... I just paid $17 for a bolt I ended up not needing :( it breaks my heart. Has Jarel been on these forums the past few years? A decade ago he helped me get Pitbull products at the absolute best price possible but it seems like Pitbull put the kabash on drop shipping stands...

Warhorse/DucatiNY/HSBK has much better selection of race parts

The problem there is if Bobby answers the phone. He is a real prick and thinks he’s the smartest Ducati guy in the country. He definitely is not, even with the race team.
