ABS and quick shifter issue

Place the QS body in between two pieces of soft wood in a vice. DO NOT overtighten the vice!! Just needs to be tight enough to stop the body of the QS turning, Then using a 12mm spanner unscrew the road from the QS body. You can use a hairdryer if you don't have a heat gun! Mine came off with little or no effort once heated. Also before you apply heat, remove the two screws holding the black micro-switch unit to the QS body and remove it. You really don't want to be frying the little electronic circuit inside.

Haha.. ;) Yes,but dont forget Fiat. I've done my fair share of hours ploughing snow on them but Massey Ferguson rules!
Anyway,Pramac rearsets is on now, looks good. If Topolino had written about frying the microswitch 1 day earlier i had taken it off.. But i feel i might get away with it,lets see.

Yes that was the first I read about the micro switch. Thankfully my heat gun has a directional nozzle so the heat applied exactly where I wanted it.

I like the look on these Pramacs.. Seen them here several times before and couldnt resist. I was lucky to get these second hand.

YoungR,the lowest threaded bolt sticking out, there you attatch the quickshifter for GpShift if i understand it correct. I have normal street configuration.

Hey man my bike is doing the same thing. ABS warning flashing constantly, quick shifter not working, and the engine light always on. I haven't changed the rearsets so don't think it has anything to do with your rearset install. I've given it back to the dealer to fix under warranty.

By chance that anyone has an update on this issue. I’m experiencing exactly the same type of issues/error on the ABS and that the DQS is not working (though not related to rear set change).
