whats odd to me is the new termi came out and ducati isnt listed as a brand on the termi website. things that make you go hmmmm.
i wonder if the "new" upmap is the same one in the ecu already just now akra is giving you the key to unlock it instead of termi.

That is a fair observation. Maybe due to volume the Ducati Performance AKRA's might be not too far out $$$ wise.
Lets wait and see.

I dont understand how people think this is a good thing. With the akrapovic exhaust now having a Ducati Performance badge my guess is now it will only become available through a ducati part number which means goodbye to discounts from retailers. Expect prices currently obtainable to go up big time if private sales of akra systems stop. I'm just making an assumption based on the Termi.

KTM does that and I'm hoping its not the same. Can only order through your dealer, hopefully Akra keeps doing separate exhausts

I would (did) wait - the partnership may mean warranty is maintained and upmap is provided. So even if it is more, it will be cheaper than a tune.

Yeah that's another $1200 to $1400 after purchase price there and not covered under warranty. Great points Trauma.
