That sounds sick! I also love that the carbon fiber is a close match to The OEM matte finish.
 
Gawd, I wasn't going to get an aftermarket exhaust but now..........................

Cool videos you see the guy with akra doesnt even rev it liek termi.If termi is sound from hell then it is the first circle because akra is the ninth circle!!!!!!

Sound from depths of hell man too bad weather is cold and it suckks would i go make video now.........grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr mad right now

Akrapovic is not really into ducati he makes it for prestige he does not have much from ducati since duc has termis.So this markert for him is just pleasure and prestige.


For all you guys if i didnt unplug the battery i would do a drive by on 0 celsius but this way too much work but will do it as soon as sun hits .......... in few months :(

Takes 5 min. to plug in a battery (with the fairings on). So 5 min. + 2 min. for a video and you're looking at way more time spent responding to why there are no videos than it would take to just record a video. On the interwebs, without video and without pics it doesn't exist! (Least that's what everyone is thinking, just sayin')

As for the tune on the bike--it's a Rexxor map and it's "flawless."

This is no termi :D
and: the startup of the bike is about 10 yards/meters away from the camera, just sayin' ;)

I'll get a dB meter next week.

so to be clear, this is your 'cored' exhaust? what was done exactly?
 
Ordered Akro from redline which includes a map.

Now for sale:

Termi slip-ons with less than 600 miles no upmap.
AR inconel BNIB.
Rapidbike Race module.

Check the for sale section for details in the coming days or message me.

I am planning to do a dyno run before and after as well as before I install the rexxer map... We will see.

congrats! i just spoke with my dealer who i bought the bike from and they were extremely hesitant in recommending an akra. they obviously haven't put one on a customer's bike (yet) and were convinced that the akras weren't even available. obviously i told them many places have them for sale and are ready to go. he told me about the full system termis, which at the end of the day would be only SLIGHTLY cheaper then the akras. regardless, if anyone gets the akra its definitely looking like a 4k+ investment. 3500 for the system PLUS install PLUS mapping time.

ttkarp, what map is it? rexxer or power commander?

Negative. Long story which included a buyback from Ducati and an accident. By the time I got around to doing anything with it, I was over it. I don't personally think it is esthetically pleasing unless you had a bellypan to cover the bottom of the bike... which I am not going to invest in getting made. The side panel offerings included with the pipe just don't cut it for me. I had a dream.

Rexxer.

Rexxer and redline are one in the same. You may want to contact David who is working directly with Akrapovič to create maps for this exhaust. I will report my experience with this setup... hopefully this will be the end of the fueling issues as well as my wallet being emptied.
