I bought my S from Ducati World in Adelaide. Great service and advice. $500 fully refundable deposit and my bike arrived in 7 weeks.

I have my bike booked in for its first service in a few weeks. Upfront cost, asked what oil I would like, if I want to change from Shell, and offered a loan bike for free.

Italian Motorcycles in Adelaide never returned any emails when I was looking to purchase a $36 k motorcycle.

i bought my full termi's system and had it ceramic coated and fitted them my self, i paid $AU3600 for the complete termi kit, thats with out the ceramic coating yet.

Hi yasky, is that price shipped and landed? If so how did you get them for that price?

I was quoted $4500ish from Frasers, eBay prices aren't much less if you factor in duty...

What about slip ons ONLY with installs? Anyone quoted the AUS dealers?

Ouch, didn't think SlipOns would be that expensive...... hmmm.......

Welcome to Ducati :)

There are reasonable prices on eBay but if you calculate the cost of shipping and the potential to have to cough up for Duty and GST the savings aren't huge, for a couple of hundred dollars I will just go through my local dealer.

Very happy to be proven wrong however :)

Thanks OzStriker........

I expected cost to be at a premium but not sure what the dealer would charge for the pipes as my bike hasn't arrived and all they say is "Can't give you a discount on the bike (expected this due to demand Vs supply) but we'll look after you on the accessories".......

But to me that doesn't really help me and they don't really want to discuss at this point. I raised the point of online and ebay about the termi's and they said "Oh the ECU might be US version and not AUS version and could backfire, no tuning etc...... ????

So far the "Sales" service has been thorough but i'm starting to feel like the follow up ain't that great. Was also told the week gone by that I would be contacted on ETA of the bike but heard nothing........ hmmmm

Have a look at the part numbers. Hint Hint.

Took my bike in today (Sydney) and had the ECU reflash done. Definitely feels better down low.

Fixed a leaking rear tyre valve for me as well. Very happy with the service.
