Best state/city in the US for track days/track riding?

this is not ideal year round but...

I live in NYC
I go to NJMP, NYST, Summit, PittRace, Club Motorsports regularly. All very good tracks and there are many more I just dont go to them.

Hands down, FL. Tons of tracks in FL alone, not including GA and AL.
