On the ride down to the Philip Island over the weekend, the guy I was riding down with commented that my brake lights were constantly flickering on. We swapped bikes so I could see, and sure enough, the brakes lights were on more than they were off.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Nobody has said anything to me about mine, but you may want to check your rear brake light switch. I've seen them on other bikes, where they are adjusted too tight.

I have just returned from Phillip Island and tonight I got an engine warning light, then a Stop Light error on the dash and my stop lights were flickering. But every time I used the front or rear brakes the lights worked as normal...

i had this problem on mine the other day, turned out the turn out adjustment screw for the rear brake lever was turned too far in, when you go over a bump the lever bounces. i turned mine out until all of the free play in the lever couldnt activate the brake light

I have the opposite problem. I check my lights/indicators before each ride and maybe only a third of the time will the brake lights go on when I apply the rear brake. I'm not familiar with how the system works, but is it possible that it's just an adjustment issue (as noted above ^)?
