Anyone who is that emotionally involved with ANY motorcycle like how Pman1199 explained has a whole different list of problems. Love and care for? Lol this isn't a family member/human being. It is a motorcycle. A machine that gives us a joy/thrill of some sort. Much as I love the Panigale, I enjoy sportbikes. All 600's and 1000's are all the same in that sense. All sportbikes. Why one person would waste their time n energy bashin a bike they don't own or even do own for that matter is beyond me. It is simple. You don't like a bike? Don't buy it. If you already own it n are not satisfied with it? Sell it. See how easy that is?
Like cars, bikes will come n go. Being as defensive as some of you are over what Mark or any other person may negatively comment on about the Panigale is sad. Invest that energy into something more important to you than some bike you own. Do you really care that much about something you own? Ride your bike, whatever make n model it may be. Come on the forums n share your experiences with the bike for others to learn from or just to get some information as well. I'm 99.9% sure that as a sportbike rider, when you pass up another sportbike rider, you make sure to chunk a deuce or give em a thumbs up, regardless of the make n model they ride. Don't act all snobby about someone elses choice in bikes n how yours may or may not be better than theirs. Being humble n respectful of one another in the sportbike scene is crucial. I wish I was fortunate enough to have the kinda lineups some of you well off folks have but I'm not. I will accept my Panigale, flaws n all n continue to be a part of this forum even when I add my next bike to join my Panigale.
