You don’t need to make your own fork springs as they are infinitely adjustable already .. poor example!

Linearly progressive? Could be a thing if the rate of change of K is linear......
put the linear bit on the small part of the travel he is using with his sag setting, and the progressive bit under that... might encourage the fork to travel further in the parallelogram?
