frame sliders installed since it was new.

Previous owner installed them when they put the full akrapovic exhaust system on.

Noticed this was broken post track day. Notice the little aluminum piece with the arrow pointing to the P or F is broken off.

Further inspection revealed this: 3E057FB0-3DFE-4A9C-9B27-9BC199C202E6.jpeg5F80F890-F2E4-41F2-BBC6-E5AA2F3F5293.jpeg3B3BDAD4-2EA8-4EA9-A1ED-3087DBC445EE.jpeg

This is pretty wild, wouldn’t have thought a fracture or break like this was possible. RG slider’s seem to have positive reputation too. I was going to email them pictures as well.

Stay safe out there y’all

I've never bothered with sliders as they usually are no good for anything besides a tip over. The risk of them gettin caught on something during a lowside and doing more damage than good is a big enough risk to just accept damaged fairings in the event of an off. Learned this lesson on a zx6r almost 20 years ago. Never again.

That’s weird. Are you sure the bike has never been on its side?

Was there a spacer behind that plate like in picture 49?

Yes spacer was there! And for sure not laid down I have dropped/laid down the 1199 several times knew exactly what to look for.
