Hi guys,

After reading comments by many on all options available to replace the stock fairings, DP track, sharkskinz, chinese, etc.. I have decided to go cheap and pretty.

Please share your experiences with Chinese fairing companies.. those that you would buy from again and ones to avoid.

I totally understand to adjust expectations regarding fitment.. these will not be like OEM.

Thanks in advance.

A friend put a set on his 1199R. The set he got fit very well, so it's a bit of a crap shoot as to the fit and finish.

I went with the DP set and they are identical in fit to the OEM bodywork.

I painted them myself.

With the DP kit, you also get all the fasteners, headlight and trail light blanks, electrical block off's and mirror block off's.

I run the DP bodywork on both track and street, but I do remove the headlight and taillight when going to the track, take me about an hour.

If you are heading to the track with them better off spending a bit more money that offers a little more protection .
Have seen Chinese fairings get smashed off a bike in a crash letting the bike take the brunt on the damage
