Could you try and compare them a little, for example how much power does it have - enough power to raise a fraction of the smile a Pani can?
Also, what are you thinking when you grab the BMW key, rather than the Duc?
Thanks
I think when having multiple bikes, they should be very different - certainly the case here. Power? It has enough for what it is - its is not a sport bike. It has great tourqe. The handling is what makes it so fun to ride. I am glad to get back on the duke after a while, but the RNine T is pure fun.
The NineT is simple - purposeful. The panigale is state of the art and complecated. I like haveing both.
Oh, in the hot weather, its hard to choose the Duc
This is my initial impression on I-BMW. It references an excellent reviw on ADVRider as well:
I am not that an experienced of a rider, so for a good review from a guy with 100K miles on a R12R, you could read this:

My impressions. As most say, it looks better in person. Fit and finish are indeed excellent for this special anniversary model.
The bike is an absolute joy to ride. The fueling is great - good power everywhere. Brakes are excellent. The transmission is smooth. Great ergos - very comfortable (5'10").
Most importantly it steers as if by telepathy - it's that good.
Only very minor issues. The clutch seems to engage pretty far at the end of travel for smooth launching from a stop for me - not sure if it is adjustable. The foot pegs are directly in the way of where you plant your feet at a stop and you can get tangled up if you are not used to it.
I would change a few things aesthetically. I've got café hump thing on it and it may have been better in black. I don't hate the gold forks as much as I used to - not sure I would go to the trouble to change this. The single pipe and bracket are on order, so I have the stock exhaust for now.
I hope you all get a chance to ride one if you want.
I know that theses bike are totally different, but the Panigale is supposedly "refined" compared to most Ducati superbikes. When I got back on the Duc after riding the Nine T, I felt like i was wrestling with it.
Hope this helps!
