Just had this Email conversation today with the the Technical Manager. Very disappointing to say the least...:(

pA:"Hello
Any idea if there is an exhaust in the works for my 1199S Panigale?"

Leo Vince (Manny Hauswirth/US Technical Manager) :"Hi
Sorry, there are no plans to build a Panigale exhaust. We do have carbon fiber engine covers and BMC filters available."

pA: "May I ask why?"

Leo Vince (Manny Hauswirth/US Technical Manager):
"LeoVince Italy made that decision some time ago. The costs would have been very high and the market too small to justify the engineering that would have been necessary to develop the unique system that the Panigale requires."

More correspondence...

pA:"Thank you graciously..I love all your products,
I have the full 1098R "Corsa" titanium system on my 1198S
But my 1199S will miss the Leo Vince.."

Leo Vince (Manny Hauswirth/US Technical Manager): "No prob, that 1098R system is a great pipe. I had an 1199R in here recently for the Termi kit install. The owner told me to ride it when I was done, honestly, the bike is a pain to work on, but was amazing to ride. I took it to lunch one day and it was just a blast to ride."

Surely all systems are unique to the relevant bike, they don't all necessarily sell in huge numbers. 1199 and now 899 they'll be around a while........ya snooze, ya lose as they say.

Any mentioning as to whether the introduction of the 899 will influence a reevaluation of market potential?

I think between Termi and Akra, they've got the market pretty well stitched up.
