I bought a set of DB Race mirrors from a fellow forum member. They were fine for several months, but recently, one of the mirrors turn signal stopped working. I tried to open it and troubleshoot, but could not disassemble it. I wrote to the DB Race customer service email asking for guidance. I got a response from a guy called Mario, explaining that generally the mirrors are not user serviceable; he asked for the model number and some photos. After I sent him the info, he said he will send me a new mirror. Turns out Mario is the CEO of the company. A week later, I received a new mirror, in original box, along with some goodies (a hat and a sling bag). I installed the mirror; it works!
How is that for a customer service! I was not expecting such level of care. A non-existing customer service is pretty much the norm nowadays, and I was completely unprepared for such treatment.
I just want to spread the word, and recommend the company based on this experience.
