Do You Play Any Instruments?

Who cares? That's a lot better than I can do lol does that mean I'm terrible? Probably. Only been playin just over a year but like you said, it's for fun and I love it. Finger picking is tricky n that video sounded pretty damn good to me even if it was full of mistakes. That's the beauty of music. Doesn't need to be perfect and still can be enjoyable.

Keep on practicing.

Thanks man.

It was my 848's gopro balanced on top of the guitar body lol

Yep if it puts a smile on your face keep strumming ;)

What have you lot started here!!!!
I do not play any musical instruments .
So now I am off to the music shop to buy an acoustic or classical guitar?!
I will get advice in the shop. Will buy cheap Michael and I going to have some lessons
Thanks for the idea!

Duchess start with an Acoustic. Once your fingertips reach numbness with that an electric gives no resistance. lol.

OO - I am now selling the ESP KH602(Discontinued) and the Jim Root Orange Amp if interested. I'll make a listing for them and link it back here.

I hope the shop is open when my shift finishes this morning.
I watched a you tube how to play
Ha sure I can play in theory now!!
Thanks advice
Must go autographs to sign, concerts to give...
Ciao

Appreciate the look out but I am good for now. Just ordered myself the Sonus grey fox wah pedal n that's about all I'll need for a while. I'm actually probably going to be selling my Les Paul and to replace that, I want to get a Gibson with mini humbuckers instead. Do I need it? Absolutely not but then again, I don't need 95% of the .... I buy lol in the process of getting a new car so I should be watchin my spending but the only watching I'm doing is seeing the money leave my bank account!

Duchess most people don't know that playing a guitar is mostly felt not done. Just feel what your doing and start by learning to love the sounds it makes and it will fall in place. When I was 7 my dad taught me 3 chords and 1 song. Chords

The first 3 here listed and the song was "House of the Rising Sun" by the Animals. Start there and I will keep feeding you stuff here. I teach local kids to play. This song and chord chart will teach you finger placement/movement, string plucking, strumming and walking.

I was so excited this morning that I watched some guy on YouTube teChing. So for abt 45 mins I practiced boy it hurts, the metal digs in!! Well I was amazed I can now pluck the beginning of 'I can't get no satisfaction' the Rolling Stones I am amazed!!!! Also my copying 2 chords from the guy my attempts sounded same as his!! Mr Timms is very pleased and proud ha me too!! Wonder what a year will bring although I am trying to learn Italian and work 72 hours a week to feed the bike monsters:confused::eek: but thanks s million guys

Well......sometimes, bad news end up turning out to be a good one.

Ordered the Sonus White Fox (custom color) but only to find out it would be a few weeks before I'd get it so I cancelled that order and continued my search for a wah pedal and landed on this gem....

Sonuus Wahoo Dual Analogue Filter Pedal

This thing has sooooo many bells and whistles and from all the videos I've watched of this product, the sound is just awesome. It's a decked out pedal with a ton of features and I can't wait to receive it n start using it. Now if only I could ditch this Les Paul Epiphone, I'd be golden :)

I saw s couple of original Les Paul Gibsons in New York about 15 years ago at SAM ASH music ... They were priced around $450, 000
Brian Setzer's Gretsch was also there around $ 250,0000

If I had that kinda money, I'd rather buy an Aventador :)

That's a .... ton for an instrument. After a couple thousand, I'm not so sure you can tell much of a difference in sound and all that but then again, I'm a newb of noobs.

those Les Paul's had all these interesting electronic attachments hooked up up to it that I think Les himself pioneered .. the guitars were circa 1930 ish

Yah, I agreed, I'll take the Lambo also
