Maybe one day such a solution would be affordable.

I don’t pretend to have the ability to outride the 2021 V4S as it is. The bike is not my limiting factor by far, I just want to understand what it’s doing without getting smacked with acronyms.

Correct. You can manipulate the ETV tables to effectively give you whatever you want out of the APS input from an APS to ETV translation. That doesn’t change the fact that different APS have different resistance values (spring rate) or different degrees of rotational operation (degrees of twist closed to WOT). That would be a rider preference.

He sends you an ECU reader, which reads your ecu, you send the file, he rewrites it and sends it back.

EVO3 software, Just had it installed on my 2023 V4R. Dealer did not explain that it eliminates the tail light, plate light, brake light permanently.None of the riding modes will activate the lights. Anyone have any knowledge of this software?

I have a 2021 V4 so I can vouch for the slower acceleration

Get the Deussen tune, takes off those restrictions and it’s a noticeable difference ;-)
