Not sure on all the details yet....should know more after the PI test.

I'm not an engineer and never designed a bike. But I do know that it's a lot easier to manage the flex profile of a DSS vs a SSS. Particularly as power goes up.

Are you expecting the V4 for 2017 or 2019 launch for the stores?

That's too much bodywork. Need to have a peek at the engine.

But I am excited to see the new V4 and other things that will come with it (design, innovation, weight, dimensions, suspension, handling)....of course...the Price.

That will be revealed in 2019 and few years after that I may buy it.

It is very exciting to see new stuff coming. Agree. As someone who put a deposit on the 1199S back in November 2011 without even being able to sit on it, I think (if I have the funds) I would get a V4 as soon as it came out. My 1199S has really had no problems.

I know a lot of people think there are problems with early 1199 and 1299 now but I think our view is coloured by the fact that on this forum we read about the issues but in the vast majority of cases most bikes are trouble free.

It is just that not many put up a post saying

"I rode my bike for 400 km today and nothing went wrong, just like the last 10 times I rode it."

We hear the squeaky wheel but in reality the majority of the Panigales are trouble free.

I hope I have not just put a curse on myself and end up with a late Factory Friday afternoon, half full of wine new V4 build.

And also - Super excited to see what is coming.
