Without a doubt the Panigale V4R is the fastest naturally aspirated motorcycle and that's sick but what if you were able to put a turbo or supercharger kit on it? Would that be possible you think? Would make it heavier which takes away its signature lightweight but if somehow a turbo for example could be put on it it could easily beat a kawasaki h2

Just a thought tho
srs answers only pls

The H2 is supercharged. Given the V4 layout, it would be hard to use a single turbo given the complexity of the intake and exhaust paths.

Well we know they’re gonna go big for 2026 so anything’s possible. All the good cars anymore are turbocharged

I can’t see where you could find the space to fit a forced induction system, there just isn’t any free space

It's hard to take this question seriously. Increasing power with a turbo on a race bike like the the V4R would upset the balance and controllability of the bike. How many turbos do you see in superbike racing? Great for bragging rights, unlikely to bring you faster track times. FI should stick to 'Busas and portly Kawasaki's.

I agree for sure. The V4 is fast enough and probably too fast for 60% that ride it. I also have an H2 that's been lightened up 40 lbs and puts down 270 RWHP and I have to say you really can't use all the power anyway. She'll wheelie at 150 like your in first gear. There comes a point that unless you stretch the wheel base of the bike you can't use it anyways and trust me I like to git after it...… lol

There is no room for a turbo on the bike. Besides the V4 is a terrible platform to turbo. The 14.X compression ratio means you put any boost through it you're going to run into detonation issues. Good luck finding turbo pistons or head base spacers to lower compression on the bike.
I have a 415hp turbo busa which is a much larger bike and there is barely enough room for the turbo and intercooler. I bought the V4 to enjoy a 'normal' bike.
Dont touch the Duc and if you need more power look to a more suited platform

Well it turns out such a thing “may” be under development. It’s going to be called the V4 Turbo S

Someone said that abt the engine compartment in a Porsche 911 long ago
