Engine heat burning thighs

Adjustable rear sets can change the position of your legs near the rear cylinder. I have a longer inseam and have no heat issues.

Termi slip ons with the sprint air filter help migrate this issue quite a bit . Better breathing with less restricted air flow . If your sitting in traffic it’s not going to do much good tho

Termi slip-on and a Fullsixx CF rear exhaust shield and my temps are great. No burned thighs unless I hump the cylinders

I got the Termi slip-on installed on the bike yesterday and got it flashed only to have the temps drop from the mid 90s to the mid 70s.

Wait, are you saying since ambient temps dropped, you can’t be sure if your new exhaust really did result in cooler running temps? Or, are you saying that indeed the bike is running cooler due to the new exhaust? In my experience cooler ambert temps don’t make a huge difference in bike temp. I ran my 1199S yesterday in Austin where it’s cooled off considerably. Bike still got piping hot!! I need a cat-less system.

I'm saying since ambient dropped by 20F it will be difficult to know if was the exhaust or the better temps.

I ordered two O2 sensor plugs and only received one because Amazon...when the other gets here I can install it and get it our for a ride.
