I got the first service done at 670 km while I had my bike at the dealer. After I got it back I noticed the second service indicator on the dash when I turned the key on so I assumed the dealer reset the service warning light.
I thought it would have to go back after the odometer got to 1000 but that is not the case. I passed the 1K mark today and the tach settings changed and no service warning.
Good to go for anyone wondering.
