R RD16RR Joined Nov 17, 2012 Messages 1,863 Location Yonkers, New York USA Nov 1, 2016 #2 I don't have the system myself...but a friend has it....fan stayed in place - to my knowledge the fan is removed for the Long Pipe Race system from Ducati Performance I'm sure someone else will confirm things for you as well
