I have taken them off and put em on several times...
Last time I went to the track was in June and ever since I ran without them, also on the street...

Now I can't find them any more. I had them in that shelf, took them out and put them in a bag to better protect them. Now gone...

Well if it makes you feel better I almost lost both of my mirrors on the West Side Highway (in Manhattan) last week because the bolts rattled themselves loose (and two of them dropped out).

The two bolts are easy enough to replace, but the ordeal left me with a scratched up race windshield, with a part of the nose fairing scratched up as well.

Now is your chance to get some Rizoma mirrors.

I second the motion to let them rest in peace, wherever they may be. At highway speeds, my single bar end mirror provides more visibility than the buzzy stock mirrors were capable of.

I may have some off of my track bike.......free to you if I can track them down; caveat is everything is in boxes having just moved into a new shop. I'll stop by tomorrow am to look.

first bike ive ever absolutely hated the mirrors on. I have bar ends too- only thing i dont like is they are the arrows so they are convex- i like the flat style more. I think the convex makes it hard to judge how far away things are- and you cant see as clearly IMO. but they have great angles.

well be very careful when you re-bolt them in i had the same problem and used blue loctite now my mirror bolts are stripped and i cant get them off. driving me crazy cause i want to change my fairings and windscreen. oh my mirrors are the rizoma ones or i would have just broke them off by now.

ps if anybody is selling the R block off plates let me know.

Yikes! Thanks for the warning. Was going to loctite them in place (they keep working themselves loose no matter what amount of torque I use) but decided instead to go with bar end mirrors and block off plates. Part of my winter mod plans.
