Hey Fellas,

I'm wrapping up a full Akra Evo install on my 19 V4 base and I'm scratching my head for what this part is and where it went. I have the exhaust fully installed and just have the fairings left to put back.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
Quinn

Its from abs pump bracket, at least there is exactly similiar.

Ah! The screw that secures the new plastic backing to the ABS unit? That would make sense since my bike already had that installed for the slip-ons that came with it. I must have just gotten confused and maybe this came with the evo system then

It secures the ABS unit to the plastic shroud.

Perfect, thank you! It must have been the one that came with the Evo kit and I accidentally placed it with hardware I removed from the bike.

I don't remember the kit coming with new ones.

Removing the OEM setup.

The new shroud going on.

Typical of Ducati Performance instructions, grey parts are new, white ones are re-used.

You forgot to remove the baffles too. ;)

The slip-on system came without baffles and would leave my ears ringing after riding it. I picked up the oem baffles for them and it made it a little less boomy and also felt like it helped midrange having some back pressure. The Evo system came with the new updated larger baffles so I'm excited to see how she sounds.

I was just joking. Its very loud and I wouldn't want to be on it without earplugs. I keep mine in on the street.

I had a Termi slip-on before the Akra and didn't mind that without the baffles. The Akra is louder for sure.
