Full Akrapovic Worth It?

The thing I hate about the foamies is that typically one is buzzy for whatever reason and I have to stop and reinsert it.

That's because sound is the only noticeable difference with the akra.

Power difference isn't noticeable. Heat reduction? Definitely not noticeable. Weight reduction? Definitely not noticeable.

Almost no one will mention the truth when it comes to mods like this since they want to try n justify their expensive purchase which is fine but that doesn't make opinions true. I have a full akra on my 1199 and none of these things were noticeable besides the sound but that was the only thing i was after from jump. Even if it added 10 pounds over stock and bike ran hotter and lost 10hp, still woulda been worth it for me.

Ye, it's the OP's money. He can do whatever he wants with it. I just can't stand the Akrapovic fetish. Too much hype

Well they may be the case if a bike isnt mapped for the pipe, I could feel the difference and if you can feel it, then its considerable. The most benefit was at top end, baffles in definitely slowed it down as well.
 
To me the worst thing about the Panigale..other than the heat..is the plastic shielded exhaust loop under the seat on the EU4 versions. To me, the Akrapovic full system looks better, sounds better, is lighter and was a fun and rewarding project to install. That being said, I shopped around and snagged one at an absolute steal of a price. At $5.5k retail, plus $1k for install its a hard pass.
 
Full Akra with BrenTuning race map you will walk a stock V2, I can definitely feel more power everywhere along with quicker revs to redline.
