There isnt much to it. Dont have access to my bike for another week but heres a few crappy pics on my phone which should help. Also, if working from the side of the engine, just connect hose Nr1 first, followed by number 2 (the T shaped hose) and then the water temp sensor (nr 3) is moved to this spot marked 3 below. Let us know if you run into any issue.

Mate your a legend thank you for this it will help so much , really appreciate it

Hey guys
I’ve just installed the H20 radiator on my V4 race bike , Now it won’t start it cranks but won’t start, it’s showing 2 codes P1006 and P1007 , I removed the fans and stock rad , would removing the fans cause it too not start up with the opn plug for the fans ??

I think P1006 is related to the EVAP canister valve and P1007 the exhaust valve. Neither error code would affect starting. Nor do I think removing the fans would matter.

Are you sure its getting fuel? What other mods were done?

Hey bp_SFV4
Thank you for your reply , the pump is priming and there pressure so I assume it is getting fuel, I’m going to strip it again and see , the issue is I removed the airbox and throttle bodies to get too the hoses for the rad , so maybe I mess up something under the bike , The bike hasn’t missed a beat since I’ve owned it , And now it does this and DQS error is on the dash 🤦‍♂️but not on my scan tool ,

Ooosh, painful. If I had to stock my neck out, sounds like a connector may have not seated back in correctly, or similar.
Good luck with the fault find, the airbox looks messy!
