Anyway back on topic.

I would have selected "I have the fairing extensions but not sure if I will install them or not" in the poll but that wasn't an option...

So what are the real benefits/drawbacks to installing them?
 
I have them installed a) because I like the look and b) have an unproven theory Ducati designed them to help reduce the apparent high speed weave some experience.

Oh and c) they make me look relatively thinner on the bike.

If you look at the parts catalog for the base it does not show the aero kit, but if you look at the S they are there. My dealer told me they are not included with the base (I didn't get them).

Although I was being funny, I really would sell my fairing extensions since I don't plan to use them. They are white though (colorless as Trauma would call them and ready for paint).

Wow, first I've heard of these. Time to contact the dealer and see if they can get hold of any for me.

Sir - please post any "for sale item" in the appropriate area. It is people like you that give all vendors a bad name. Well that, along with most of their posts :D

With my fairing extensions on your bike you should see an increase of 10% rwhp without the use of a rapidbike or tuneboy module and the heat problem will go away.
