Yes they refunded me but let’s not forget how ...... RaceSeats’s customer service was.
-initially did not admit to any problems
-they blamed me for the ...... fitment
-it turns out they never tested these seats on a 22
-I had to call them out on their ........ for them to consider refund
-they were never forthcoming about any information
Also what I learned along the way
-PayPal actually doesn’t protect customers when ordering custom products
-if you order from the US you have no consumer protection when ordering overseas
-Ducati customers are both the biggest pricks yet will also stick their head in the sand when it comes to putting up ...... with companies. They expect the best of the best yet will put up with ill-fitting parts and call it a “race part” to justify this asinine thinking
So in summary, yes RaceSeat deserve to be slagged for their shittiness. I would not recommend buying a seat from them.
