Anyone have the Shoei X-SPR Pro hemet? I know it's a new model for the Euro market. Just wondering what your thoughts were?
I ordered one in black today from MotoIt and The Alpinestars Tech Air5.

Here in the states is the X15. It hasn't been released yet. Dealers says April or so. I was going to get the previous model x14 but now I'm just going to wait.

I was thinking of getting one but I think I read that the visor is different to the ones I have for my existing lid, which is the previous version of this. I’m thinking of giving the GP RR a try instead, although I have been very pleased with the X-Spirit 3 (I think that’s the model I have).

I have had one for about 6 months n love it. Previous was an AGV Corsa R and this is infinitely more comfortable. Quieter too but more wind buffeting (not crazy but noticeable since the AGV is rock solid).

My Arai RX7 RC arrived today. Fantastic bit of kit. The carbon is perfectly laid and it feels ultra-premium in fit and finish. Couldn’t believe Motoin.de actually fulfilled the order considering the incredible Black Friday deal (30% off). They seem to never go on sale. Also, no customs duty or tax so thanks Joe Biden!

Size small. Weighs 1380 g which is 220 g (0.5 lb) lighter than the regular RX-7 (not Evo)

Very good helmet, cool looking too. Looked into them but doesn’t fit my head shape well or I’d get one.

I found Arai to have noticeably less visibility than AGC or Shoei. I haven’t tried other brands. I’m interested to see what the new Alpinestars helmet is like once it is available.

I’m looking forward to seeing this in the flesh. Also interested to see what colours and designs they come out with. There are already a few designs on their website but nothing amazing, although the Team design isn’t bad.

They didn’t seem to comment on visibility, unless I missed it. Hopefully it’s more X-Spirit / Pista GP than RX-7V.
