Upon riding today going to work and just going home my bike feels weird on 1st gear when I reached 7-8k rpm the bike feels like it's working harder and when I release throttle on 7-9k rpm the bike lags hard on that rpm and just takes a while to drop revs .... But it's a weird vibration going back down the revs ....

This only happens is 1st???

Slightly in second as well but the bike isn't quite hot yet since today was cold and honestly I looked at the oil window and barely saw oil at the window so that maybe it man

Sounds like your clutch maybe going out.

3000 miles I only feather clutch in traffic and barely run into traffic .... I hope not ... Also it occurs when clutch is fully disengaged like 9k rpm would the clutch still matter

The clutch can go bad assuming the oil is low and for the length of time it's been low. Take it to Ducati and have them inspect it.

That's the Italian charm we all like. J/K. Take to dealership immediately or have them pick it up if you don't have a trailer. DON'T RIDE IT!

Let us know what they find.

It doesnt seem serious enough to not ride it

Your bike your call. I would trailer it or have them pick it up.

I got a personal mechanic that used to work for Ducati .... A lot cheaper and more reliable work anything warranty I get done with them... Thanks guys

update for you guys

Took the bike in to the dealer and this is the update I got

1. hard starting is due to my sparkplugs? So those were ordered .

2. Oil consumption is based on the oozing oil from the vertical rear cylinder I complained about so valve covers or ordered for that.

And the smoking will smoke that's normal so I'm willing to bite that bullet.... Dealer and personal mechanical doesn't seem to acknowledge that charcoal canister is the reason why it hard starts but that's info I got from you guys let me see what the dealer sas ...

the emissions canister is pretty much anecdotal, I'm not sure anyone has ever scientifically tested to see if it's the cause of hard starting. but people that have experienced hard starting and removed the canister have expressed that it alleviated the issue. I never had the problem but pulled it off anyway.

I can personally say I put the canister back on and rode in heat to verify and sure enough it wouldn't start. I've noticed this bike is extremely resilient. I ran on low oil for a bit because I was unaware it was low and it still runs strong.
