Help needed for my Panigale

I doubt it's the rectifier because if it was, it would prevent your battery from getting charged, which in turn would mean your battery would die 100%. This doesn't seem to be the case because at least your dash is lighting up. My regulator rectifier died on my last bike and it was a known issue. Left me stuck on the fwy. Nothing would light up on dash. Bike was running until the battery was completely drained. Luckily it was just bumper to bumper traffic. Couldn't jump it or do anything. Battery was past the point of saving. Got an aftermarket rectifier and a new battery and problem was solved but like i said, your video shows different symptoms than what would look to be a rectifier issue.

Bad ground. Bad battery cable or connection. Bad battery. Load test the battery (I don't care if it's new).

Try a load tester first.

The fact that the screen is blinking out and that the starter is popping off is a sure sign that when under load, the voltage is failing. A perfectly charged battery can fail if it fails to provide enough capacity to maintain voltage under load. Sulfated or disconnected plates will do that. I only need a small amout of the battery to work to get 13 volts. I need all of the batteries cells to work to get 500CCA. That what the load tester tests.
