I am in front of several computers pretty much 7/24 off and on - so this was a perfect storm for me (bad storm), before that, multiple trips to the fridge for diet coke :D

Tonight watching the Blues beat the Kings!!!

Fair enough..

What is AR's policy with regards to Woots situation in particular?? Is he on his own re the Fairing damage?? Are you saying this is a fitment by his tech issue??

My fairing appeared to be melted slightly already by stock pipe. PeoTwin did a really good job when installed spacers on the fairing mount and added a spacer on the brake lever to allow them to bring it out further, plus the use of heat tape. Having run it this weekend on road and track I haven't noticed deterioration. (But as usual haven't checked since I returned!)

One has to wonder if fairing discoloration or burning in that area will be an issue for all Panis in the future, no matter the exhaust. Does anyone know if AntiHero has the burning issue. Pretty sure his update was done during his coast to coast ride but not sure if he noticed anything since returning to Cali and prior to the hit and run...

I'd say that everyone should keep a close eye on it, and examples like WAF need to report it to Ducati even if its minor. Just like the oil sight hole, maybe they'll make slight fairing adjustments if it is determined to be important. And the only way they'll know is if we make them aware.

Who cares about any US sport...... ?? lol

I'm a huge football fan. And I don't mean that pansy European thing where the clock counts up, they never score, and can't use their hands:D:D

I can't imagine anyone will take issue with THAT statement:eek:

There is already a warranty fix for the fairing.

I had my LRS fairing replaced and the rubber spacer that the LRS fairing rests against which is 8mm will be replaced with one that is 11.5mm.

Don't think Ducati will warrant it with an after market exhaust so put your original on for the warranty claim.
