Hey Rich at AR....

Yes it's starting to dawn on me that I would probably have been better off buying the Termi headers to go with my Slips and then getting Justin/Wayne to tune. All the negativity around the full system on release was never really counteracted by positive coverage of the systems performance with the new map and I'd not seen a dyno chart until the last couple of weeks. Anyway what's another $1900 between me and my Ducati dealer! I'll wait until after the dyno session on 6th May and then make a call but I'm already reconciling myself to this as a potential end result.

Given this quote from Waf... an existing customer with no axe to grind I wonder what you have to say Rich??

STW, to use an old english adage, put a sock in it!

I'd rather my posts weren't used as ammunition for other people's battles. I want to be able to share my thoughts as they occur without worrying about them coming back to haunt me like this.

The comments were made in context of the previous post in that thread and were a spontaneous reaction to that members comments at a time when I was feeling a bit dark about the process.

Rich, and everyone else here, is well aware of my search for the promised performance gains but I can't discuss this freely with other members if every time I post it gets used in this way. When I've been through the process I set out then I'll be sure to make my feelings very clear either way and allow them to make an objective judgement based on my experience, both pros and cons.

So Trauma... Based on this we can expect you never to raise any issues on here?? :p

I may my own, but I'll never fight others for them, unless they aren't here (cough:Akra,Mummy) :) I have actually been laying low on AR since we cleaned this up. I have decided this whole exhaust thing is what it is.

Hmmm.. Not sure about that... You have ... along with me and others ..joined many debates/"battles".... So your comment is slightly disingenuous.. But no problem.. I'm watching you...:D

Trying to change, give me time.....

We have some new exhaust modifications we wish to test in our quest to chase our massive fully open full system low and midrange figures but retaining the inserts to allow lower db levels. In order to test them we require a UK owners help.

Any UK owners interested in helping out with our tests will in return be given a very special price on a full system.

may we infer that you are incorporating updated designs that INCREASE backpressure?

We have a few pulse ideas we use in F1 that we wish to test on this bike.

i believe this will yield your system CONSISTENTLY superior results and take advantage of a tricky engine to tune...a reduction in diameter around the lower fairing will handle 2 birds with one solution methinks (as good a location to pulse back [tertiary pressure spike] from as any and then some ;) )...

I for one will be keen to see the results.
It's not as easy as everyone assumes it to be hey?;)
