How did you get an online quote? I just tried and it gave me a pop-up message saying I had to call them for a quote.

If you change the bike selected to Panigale (as opposed to Panigale S) you can generate a quote that way.

God knows what the difference in premium will be. My quote was $850-ish for the Base, but my bike's an S.

I hope your not getting this insurance, because if you have an accident (touch wood you don't) They won't cover you

I understand that. Just explaining why some were able to get an online quote from Insure My Ride and some are not.
Only the Base is listed at the moment.

This is true, my quote was for the base; I cant afford an S... Actually I cant afford a base either but am willing to live off two minute noodles for the next three years.

Base - $47000
S - $57000
Tric -$66000

so in AUD terms

Base - A$37600
S- A$45600
Tric - A$52800

Damn !!! So glad I'm not in Singapore. Also not many Ferrari 599 drivers in Sydney so looks like we're a bit safer too.

Income tax laws in Singapore are way better than Aus, I think I'd rather take the higher price on the 1199 than aus tax rates.

"insure my ride"
paid $1588 includes $up to $2000 worth of extras

hope this helps now some are getting bikes
( everyone will be a bit different, age, ect )

$1200 cheaper than my quote from them
i offered them to insure 5 of my bikes and still could not come close to that:rolleyes:

dont know how you have done that ?

Hmmm, insurance companies are weird. I changed my address for my car insurance today on my VZ Monaro and got a rebate of $200. I only moved 500 metres up the road, same Suburb and postcode. My Mrs changed her address with the same company on a Mazda 3 MPS and didn't get a cent back. Not sure how that works. Anyway, I have the quote from Shannon's in writing so think I will be going with it.
