Yeah day time is horrible... I gotta use hand signals lol.... Like I mentioned in another post, the signals should light up as bright as the brake light!

Other than that it's pretty slick! Love the plug and play.

WHO CARES if the lights aren't bright!! its not like the car operators can see you anyway!! and besides hand signal are the best especially when giving "the bird" or my personal favorite "the you suck motion" hahaha that just puts them over the top!!

Well...I'm not sure where to even begin with this post haha. The amount of support from you guys on this forum alone made this possible for me, so I can't extend enough thanks to everyone here for that.

In the months that I've been doing this, pulling what little hair I have left out, working 90+ hours a week, and yet still maintaining some sort of sanity has proven to be quite the challenge that I, in all honesty, was not prepared for. I had to enlist the help of Steve, STW, just to keep up with the customer service side of things, which I'll admit, there were some hiccups. In the end of it all, hearing everyone's praise and gratitude made it all worth it.

As all of you I'm sure know by now, Competition Werkes now has their version, which in all honesty is another companies light that CW has branded as their own, we here at the dealership have the exact same lights now as well. I've read through the thread discussing theirs and can understand and see everyone's opinion on the matter.

With this alternative now being available, my other responsibilities here at work now months behind, and to be straight forward and honest being the sole person hand making each of one of the lights I did, I'm out steam. The dealership I work for, Erico Motorsports, just is not set up in any way what-so-ever for any type of production work like this. This was a tough decision because I see the feedback and praise for what I've made here, but after some long conversations I am ceasing production.

I have only a couple orders left and those will be fulfilled, so you guys don't have anything to worry about.

Crap, I am sorry to hear this, I am getting my R next week and was going to ship my taillight to you.
I understand though.

That sucks to hear. You did such a great job. I wanna thank you again for the effort you put into making these.

I was one of the last people to place an order on the tail light and thought I was good to go. Any chance I can still get it? Haven't heard anything from you.

It was innovative and a great job!! I have one I am willing to sell if anyone wants it.

Its no longer made....Sorry dude..

Maybe I should go:rolleyes: off on customer service like you guys did with Rich?

Go ahead and mail your tail light in, and when they get around to it, they'll make you the updated version. Just let them know when you have a tracking number and they'll get started.

Just kidding....I won't spend pages and pages and pages bashing anyone.

although it is a bit annoying as I could have already had my light from comp werks weeks ago. I held off because Tbot said he had my order and just needed to do it and would let me know asap once he was ready to ship it. No money was exchanged, so I'm not super pissed, but am annoyed since he said he would honor all the lights he promised before he ceased production. Simple...don't promise someone something if you aren't going to carry through with it.

whatever though...I just ordered the comp werks from shift tech. Guido has great customer service.

If I do another run, I'll let you know gnance, but I took care of the guys who paid me first. Believe it or not, there was a lot of backend communication happening that was NOT on the forums, whether it be between me and STW, or just people contacting me directly, or heaven forbid, someone actually coming into our dealership in person.

I did what I could to take care of everyone, and I'm sorry you're this upset about not getting a light.

Well I am sorry you feel let down.. this was always going to be a limited production and I know Tbot worked diligently to fulfill all orders,, and we did indeed on all orders that were paid... You were unfortunate that you were just too late and we were unable to fulfill your unpaid order... Not really sure that this situation is analogous with any other but you are entitled to your opinion...

I asked him about payment and he said wait until it the last part was in then he would get shipping and the total before he sent it out. Not like I didn't try to pay for what it's worth. Point is he talked to me on the phone 2-3 times and told me I was second in line and my light was there and he only needed the connector and it would be sent out. Then on his other thread he said he was going to stop making them, but to those who already had their name in (which I did) he would finish off pending orders. So, it's not that I didn't pay....I tried....just wish he would have been straight up with me rather than just not bothering to even inform me my supposed order wasn't going to be filled. According to him I had my order in process.

My order was placed before the comp werks one was out. Once I heard word of theirs, for a cheaper price I might ad, I held off as to hold up my end of the agreement with Tbot because I didn't want to screw him over. I guess in the end it didn't matter since he never intended to fill it.
