I just got a brand new 2018 959 Panigale Corse SE and I am in love with it. I just picked up a Corse, love it so far. I am a bit further south than you in San Diego. Still enjoying it?
 
One tip, don't baby it, she was designed to be ridden hard, give it to her the way she likes it. You'll be rewarded.
