I just wanted to get a bit of advice on using Ti bolts in aluminium I use an anti-seize compound when using Ti bolts but on a couple of areas I'd like to use a thread locker. I know a few here have good knowledge of the science of metals and would appreciate your advice.

Typically would want to go with anti-seize and the proper torque values instead.

Loctite will lubricate the threads before curing preventing galling and will also prevent galvanic corrosion. I suggest using low or medium strength thread locker depending on the size of the fastener if you insist on using thread locker.

I posted in the other thread concerning the titanium plugs in aluminum holes. I would use Ti-Prep or another similar product for titanium fasteners in aluminum or titanium holes. Otherwise, the galling could provide a permanent union.

Whats the application?

10 plugs in the cylinder head Ducati Part 78010511C

And my front wheel rotors I only have 3 rotor bolts each side with the aluminium OZ wheels I have so I wanted to secure them rather than just anti-seize as I normally do with Ti into aluminium.
