Melcodiag / Jpdiag to reset 1299 service light

Hi there, has anyone successfully installed Melcodiag to reset their service interval light?
I've bought the elm327 OBD and the 4 pin connector but I can't get the programme up and running. When I try to Connect it asks me to select the COM4 but there's just a load of numbers there. Can anyone help?!

Used the same setup for the first time yesterday. ELM 327 and the 4 pin connector and Melcodiag software on a Windows PC.Took a while to figure out how to get it to communicated but once it finally did I was able to reset my service light and clear out all of my engine codes. Certainly worth the investment plus a small donation to the developer. Excellent product but required patience and persistence to make it all work properly. Email support was excellent for a "free" product. Highly recommended.
