Misano WSBK

Hello Gents,

I am going to be in Italy when the WSBK's are on at Misano, mid June and I've had permission from the boss for us to go on the Saturday.

Can anyone who has been to Misano let me know if I need to purchase tickets prior or can you get them at the gate?

Best place to sit, etc?

I think I just heard that they cancelled Misano during today's Race 1.

They canceled Monza.

it was on the calendar just not on there now :

The Italian World Superbike round at Monza originally scheduled for 22-24th July has been cancelled, as confirmed by the FIM and DWO.

WTF has any of this got to do with me going to Misano???

Just back from Imola, something about the Dorna.SBK rip off on tickets, they fleeced me buying from the SBK site, a 38 eur face value ticket cost me 65 eur and at the track the second day they stung me 65 eur for Sunday, they stopped selling two day tickets at 65 eur two weeks before, no wonder Imola was empty! Also they left it to the last minute to send the tickets, they were meant to post them to the hotel after spending 190 eurs on three tickets I had to chase them to send them by email.
PS the race sucked but worth to go for the SS and Stock races that were great, if it wasn't for the noise from the twin pipes and the Termi I would have gone to sleep.
