More crying and bellyaching from Rea

lol ... someone from N Ireland shows up to defend Rea...

... we're all guilty of pulling for the home team, no need to cloak it in objectivity

Not about where I’m from actually? And I think you’ll find Scott Reading is making a bigger song and dance about the combined rider and bike weight limit than both Toprak and Rea are? If you watched the latest round and rider interviews Rea actually doesn’t want Ducati held back, it’s up to everyone else to do better but dorna are stopping that from happening with the regulations so how can they ever catch up? And with the new 2022 V4R they are only going to be further behind next year.

Surely what we want is close racing like what we had in 2020 and 2021 not what we have had in 2022 when it’s so obvious of the advantages that Ducati have.

You didn’t hear Redding asking for combined rider/bike weight when he was on the Ducati to help Bautista be competitive on the Honda

We don’t have close racing? How many races have been one on last lap or at the line?

And explain this? I’d love to see the counter argument of this statement! Look at the stats and tell me differently!

Always will be?

Not possible to claim that, Polen was the most dominant on his all conquering 888, then Fogarty was the best ever until Rea moved to Kawasaki, there is every chance that someone will out stat Rea, nearly everyone has a better personality, he's a whining pratt who is happy with the rules but only when they go his way.....

Bautista was showing a clean pair of heels in 2019 when the V4 was brand new until they knobbled his bike and he had to ride it differently to make his lap time, couldn't do it because the chassis wasn't sorted and he lost, to Rea, who's team lobbied the hardest to implement the RPM limits earlier than they had planned IIRC.

Now the chassis is sorted, Bautista has his head sorted and he's winning but it has by no means been easy, unlike Rea, who won 7 against no one of particular brilliance for the most part, (because of many reasons, bike capability not being lost on us here) and he's moaning, The top three all have their advantages and disadvantages, it just so happens the Kawasaki isn't as strong as the others, although Razgatlioglu flatters the Yamaha... The ZX10 was good enough to win 7 titles with Rea on board with dominance, the others caught up, Kawasaki should go away and build a better bike.

In the meantime the racing is brilliant, the whingeing adds some amusement, reminds me of the early 888 days, but it's racing and politics, lobbying and whinging and moaning are all part of it because perception is reality when you're losing.....
